Just bought this TV. I was looking at the LG 32le5400 but it was out of stock & I wanted to buy a TV for the bedroom ASAP. I love it. I see the LED bleed everybody talks about but it does not really bother me too much. I like how they changed the glossy finish on the tv frame to flat. I hung it on the wall. If you use the stand It will reflect of it's mirror finish. I play some ps3 games on it & it will lag if you don't change the settings. I didn't expect the sound to be great but sound on it is fine. It's loud enough & if you need they have a volume boost.
I only had the TV for 3 days 7 will get back to my reviews once I get a change to really get used to it.Samsung UN32C6500 32-Inch 1080p 120 Hz LED HDTV (Black) -- Overall it is a great TV
The Samsung LED TVs are incredible, alomost too good really. The video is so bright and sharp that even old movie classics can be mistaken for live news. There is actually a movie setting to make movies look less live. The HD is astonishing. I do not have Blue Ray but DVD movies are also phenomenal. We use this TV in our kitchen where we spend a lot of time watching news, movies and sports. Wimbledon 2010 looked like we were watching from VIP seats on court side. World Cup was incredible and Baseball is jaw-dropping great.

Sound is good on the TV but I use a Bose 321 for sound which is the perfect confined space size for news at low volume or high volume rock concerts. The Bose is a great match and its acoustimass subwoofer delivers as little or as much base as your ears can stand.

I had originally purchased the 46in. LED version of the Samsung for my office and a 32in. Panasonic LCD for the kitchen. But the Samsung in my office proved so good that two weeks later I gave away the new kitchen Panasonic (ouch) and replaced it with this new 32in. Samsung LED for the kitchen. The reviews I saw say the larger and higher model Samsung TVs are even better. I do not work for Samsung and I never write these review things but there's no going back now. See for yourself. WOW!
-- Great Video Technology
Everything about this model is outstanding..........it's a feather in LG's cap that they are the only ones
producing a 37" LED............smart ivory tower guys and other companies should take note..........as far
as I'm concerned LG is at the top of my "to buy" list.

User Reviews about Samsung UN65C6500 65-Inch 1080p 120 Hz LED HDTV - Black

I purchased this TV without doing any research at all (which is unusual for me), just walked into the store and took one look at this beauty and knew it was coming home with me. Unfortunately, I should have done my research.

Don't get me wrong, the television is beautifully assembled, looks phenomenal wall mounted and has a fabulous picture. The thing is, it has these "white spots". Yes after about 5 minutes of watching I noticed during the bright scenes there were at least 5 spots about 1 cm in diameter each, located at the middle top and bottom of the screen, and also in the top left corner. The spots at the bottom of the screen almost looked like they could be related to the screw position for the stand (this was wall mounted though), but spots were also present on the top of the TV in the middle and top left. I decided my panel was defective. But I went into 2 other stores and their display models had the exact same "white spots"! Even though they aren't visible in all scenes, I couldn't justify the price of this TV for anything less than perfect. Also, I wasn't that pleased with the ability of this TV to handle motion, especially fast motion like football, and there was some juddering during movies, even though I tinkered with the Motion Plus settings quite a bit. The picture is quite vibrant but has an overall slightly "soft" appearance, almost like you are looking at it through fog. It wasn't that noticeable until I replaced the TV with the Samsung PN63C8000 63-Inch 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV, Black, which has a phenomenally better picture, has 3D capability, and is about $500 cheaper.

I would definitely recommend Samsung's high end plasma line over this LED model. Much better picture and no panel flaws. Seriously Samsung, what's up with the "white spots"????? -- Beautiful, but one serious flaw
This TV needs more reviews! I would give the tv 4.5 stars, not 5. I got it a couple weeks ago now. Overall it is an awesome TV, beautifully designed. Picture quality in HD and Blu-ray is amazing. SD is perfectly acceptable. The streaming movie internet apps are cool. Inputting text is a bit clunky however. Can't seem to get the facebook to work. Speakers are kinda sucky but you have to expect that on such a thin TV--got to get a home theater set up. There is a bit of light leak at the 4 corners of the TV, but again I think you kind of have to expect this on such a large LED edge lit tv. It can definitely be minimized with adjusting the picture settings.

If you want the biggest TV you can get without being really rich, this is the one to get. :)

Cheers. -- Big and Beautiful
(Note, I am ranking this TV 3.5 stars)

I have a Sony 46" XBR3 but have been dying to upgrate to at least a 60". So when I see Samsung has two 65"ers in their 2010 line up (the 6500 and the not-yet-released-at-this-time 8500), I knew that I have to get one of them now.

First a few disclaimers on my purchase decision:
1. I only want to buy a LED LCD from Sony or Samsung--it's a personal thing. No Plasma/regular LCD/projector. So there aren't that many choices
2. Ideally I would have bought a local-dimming LED LCD since it will have the best contrast/dark level. But it's not available for 60"+ and I don't see it in the horizon in the next 18 months.
3. I hang the TV on the wall and only use the TV for display only. So all the other bells and whistles on sound--I don't care and won't review here
4. while 3D can be cool, I think it's over-hyped and doesn't worth another $500-1K for the 8500. I also need the TV now so 6500 it is!
5. This purchase is a "upgrade" to my 46" Sony XBR3, which was a decent top model 3-4 years ago. I also bought a Samsung 46" b650 LCD last year, so some of my comments will inevitably be compared against these TVs.

Pros:
1. Aesthetics. At 1.2" thickness, this unit is super slick, especially if you hang it on the wall--a great visual asset to our family room. Viewing aside, the glossy screen actually makes the unit looks more elegant.
2. Picture quality is not bad, when you can overlook some uniformity issues in bright/solid color scenes (see my cons). No clouding/flash light issues in dark scenes that are common with some LCD TVs. Excellent contrast and in terms of viewing angle; I don't see any significant degradation even past 45 degrees.

Cons:
1. There is only 1 big con IMO that makes this a 3.5-star instead of a 5-star The TV has some uniformity issues (vertical bands/lines of a different shades). This is especially blatant if you are watching bright scenes (i.e., watching the World Cup in a sea of grass green or in a DVD player menu when the background is supposed to be one solid color). At first, I thought this is due to a defective TV so I called AMZN for an exchange. (BTW, Kudos to AMZN concierge for the excellent CS.) But the 2nd TV also has the same problem, amid milder that I can probably "live with". I now think the problem is due to the edge-lit LED design as the bands seem to exhibit a pattern and especially obvious in the center (furtherst from the edge). Minus 1 star here!

(Other cons):
1. No wireless adapter included. Samsung, you just lost a potential customer who could potentially give you extra revenue from using the internet apps. Instead, you decided to nickle and dime me on the wireless adapter that probably worths $10 mfg cost (and no way am I buying it for $79-100).
2. For whatever reason, Samsung decides to use a glossy screen on all their LED TVs. My windows are behind the sofa so I see all the glares during daytime viewing. A downgrade from my Sony XBR3 or Samsung B650 which have matte screens. Minus .5 star here!
3. The chrome TV base is very cheesy and ugly. I am glad that I get to remove this for hanging the TV. It was also a pain to remove the base as well. In my Sony XBR3, you can remove the screws and the TV would still sit securely on the stand, so you can take your time to lift the TV and hang it. But the C6500 base is poorly designed that as soon as you remove the screws that secure the base, the TV would fall and have no where to go but up--a challenging task you if only have 2 people for the task.
3. It's impossible to access the I/O panel once you hang the TV (I have a low-profile mount). I don't understand why they don't leave a few extra ports on the side.
4. If I have to be picky, the remote looks cheap. It looks like a remote from a 10 year old VCR, totally not matching the sleek glass bezel of the set. I use an universal Remote so it's not a big issue for me.
5. Finally, this TV, like any other 120Hz or 240Hz TVs out there, has a motion enhancing feature (Motion Plus) that makes a lot of movies become video-like (instead of film), i.e., the soap opera effect. Some people likes it, most don't. Personally I don't but you can easily turn off the feature or I use the custom setting to keep the blurr reduction at 10 while reducing the judder to 4.

As far as the quality of the picture is concerned this is the best 720p tv out there. For the setup and installation of the tv it was very easy. I bought the tv refurbished from amazon and the only thing that was missing was one screw. At least it was not an important one. The tv has great sound quality and it uses very little power on eco-mode. -- Very Good TV with GREAT Picture
Timely delivery
Easy to set up
Excellent Picture
Nice sound
Perfect size for small apartment
Unobstrusive.
Good Price.
Happy with Purchase after 2 months. -- Happy with Purchase
Got this TV with overnight shipping for 3.99 (as a Prime Member). Very easy setup. The TV is really light, razor thin, and has allot of great features. The picture and color is great on this set and the USB port is excellent for playing MKV files off a external hard drive. Very very happy with my purchase!

UPDATE: I ended up returning this TV as I couldnt get the colors right even after calibration, just wasnt the TV for me. Went with the LG 32LD550 LCD TV and all is well now. -- Great TV!
The picture is so vivid you can see makeup lines. Color brilliant. I haven't mastered the sound but I have options. I didn't need technical assistance plugging in the connections. Veiwing is a pleasure. Even the person who delivered the box commented on how lightweight the set was. I often have to do a channel search because the signal gets lost. I've lost local channels. The plug in's, the sentive touch of the controls, even the remote in innovative. -- LIGHTWEIGHT AND INNOVATIVE
This one fits the bill. At a mere 1.7" deep(w/o base), this low end spectrum LED HDTV packs a dynamic punch. Great picture even with standard cable, analog, and PC inputs. Fantastic HD picture for 720p 60Hz specs. Sleek modern design combined with a great viewing angle and size make the value to price ratio for this product excellent. All in all, it is definitely worth it. -- UltraSlim=UltraAwesome
